The setting is London 1666 after,
The Great Fire. The city is slowly rebuilding, however it's a class based world where royalty, and poor are divided. With your hand (of cards) rebuild the city, hire craftsmen and laborers, but
don't overspend. You will not obtain the Victory points you need to win. This game covers almost 250 years of history, which are well presented in the card art by, Mike Atkinson.
